The performance of the screen basket depends predominantly on both the material variation and the geometry.

This A-variation is an excellent choice in terms of longevity. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

For reliable screening of the input, the cutouts of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 70mm each. The width of the margin between them is 25mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

While processing, the screen basket works with a sheet thickness of 25mm. Moreover, the screen basket is inserted with a width of 618mm in the described shredders.
