Compatibility with machines:

This screen basket is predominantly intended for the Lindner Jupiter model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The performance of the screen basket depends primarily on both the material variation and the shape.

Therefore, due to the material, the 1-version is a low-priced alternative compared to other variations. The screen basket presented provides an attractive price advantage as a result of using unalloyed steel in production.

To screen the input reliably, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed holes. These have a width across flats of over 70mm. The space between the individual perforations is 15mm.

Apart from that, this screen basket is equipped with chip breakers to optimally shred the input material. These are mainly used in applications with wood. The reason for this is that input pieces that are already narrow enough to fall through the cutouts but are still unsuitably long are held back in the machine until they have reached the desired degree of size reduction.

 

General Characteristics:

As the screen basket does not require any additional upgrades, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of over 25mm. On top of that, the width of the spare part presented measures 577mm.
