This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of service life. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

For proper processing of the input, the cutouts of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 4mm each. The width of the margin between them is 3mm each.

 

General characteristics:

In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was produced with a sheet thickness of 6mm and a width of exactly 573mm.
