The efficiency of the screen basket depends predominantly on both the version and the geometry.

This insensitive steel of the A-variation guarantees a long service life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the additional hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding application scenarios.

To enable the screen basket to process the input reliably, this screen basket has round holes. Moreover, the diameter of each hole is 6mm and the spaces between the cutouts are 4mm each.

 

General characteristics:

In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 6mm and a width of exactly 572mm.
