The screen basket is suitable for the Lindner Jupiter and Lindner Meteor model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The performance of the screen basket depends largely on both the material variation and the shape.

This insensitive steel of the A-variant promises a long service life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the additional hardness, it is ideal for using it in demanding applications.

To screen the input reliably, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed perforations. These have a width across flats of over 150mm. The space between the individual holes is 25mm.

As a supplementary equipment of the screen basket, it has chip breakers. This allows the pieces of input, which are still unsuitable but already narrow enough to be screened out, to be held in the crushing process until they have reached the correct size range.

 

General characteristics:

To meet the application requirements, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 25mm. Moreover, the spare part with a width of 530mm is used in the shredder.
