Both the geometry and the material used for constructing have a decisive impact on the resistance and lifetime of the screen basket.

In this context, the 1-variation the screen basket presented has a price advantage over the other versions. This advantage is due to the unalloyed structural steel that is used as the material.

The shape of the screen baskets, which screen the input reliably, is honeycombed. The width across flats of each cutout is 60mm and between the holes the space measures 15mm.

 

General Characteristics:

The accuracy of fit of the screen basket is based on the width of 525mm and a sheet thickness of 25mm. This means that the product shown can be installed suitably in the respective shredder.
