Compatibility with machines:

This screen basket is primarily designed for the previous model of Lindner Komet model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually configured to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and lifespan.

The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variant perfect for operational scenarios with high demands on wear. This provides a longer lifetime and thus secures durability.

To screen the input material properly, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed cutouts. These have a width across flats of over 25mm. The space between the individual holes is 7mm.

 

General Characteristics:

The spare part presented has a width of 524mm and can thus be suitably installed in the shredder. A sheet thickness of 15mm guarantees, that the screen basket meets the application requirements.
