Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually matched to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and tool life.

This resistant steel of the A-option provides a long service life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the extra hardness, it is optimal for use in demanding operational scenarios.

For screening the input material, this product has honeycombed holes with a width across flats of 70. The space between the perforations is 15mm wide.

 

General characteristics:

To meet the application requirements, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 15mm. Besides that, the article with a width of 460mm is used in the recycling machine.
