Compatibility with machines:

The screen basket can be used in the Vecoplan V-Eco, Lindner Komet, and Lindner Power Komet model series from the brands Vecoplan and Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

In terms of throughput and lifespan, the performance of the screen basket can be configured by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.

This A-option is an ideal choice in terms of service life. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

For reliable processing of the input material, the cutouts of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 10mm each. The width of the margin between them is 5mm each.

 

General characteristics:

The product shown has a width of 414mm and can therefore be perfectly installed in the shredding machine. A sheet thickness of 6mm provides, that the screen basket meets the application conditions.
