This screen basket is primarily intended for the Vecoplan VAZ model series from Vecoplan.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The efficiency of the screen basket depends predominantly on both the variant and the geometry.

This resistant steel of the A-variation provides a long service life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the extra hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding applications.

This screen basket screens the input with round holes. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 70mm each. The margins between the perforations have a width of 21.5mm.

 

General Characteristics:

The article presented has a width of 2030mm and can thus be perfectly installed in the shredder. A sheet thickness of 12mm guarantees, that the screen basket meets the application conditions.
