Performance and screening behaviour:
By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually configured to the application area in terms of throughput and lifespan.
This resistant steel of the A-variation guarantees a long tool life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the additional hardness, it is perfect for using it in demanding applications.
The round perforations of the screen basket have a diameter of 55mm each. This allows the input to be processed reliably. The spaces of the perforated surface measure 11mm each.
General Characteristics:
The accuracy of fit of the screen basket is based on the length of 342mm and a sheet thickness of 15mm. This means that the spare part shown can be installed suitably in the respective machine.
