With regard to the compatibility of the spare part, the focus is especially on the brand Lindner Recyclingtech. Accordingly, this screen basket can be accurately inserted in the Lindner Komet and Lindner Power Komet series of this machine manufacturer.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen basket can be individually customized to the application in terms of throughput and tool life.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variation precisely fitting for areas of application with high demands on wear. This provides a longer service life and therefore guarantees longevity.

To make sure that the input can be screened reliably, the perforations of the screen basket are rectangular-rounded and each measure 414.9 by 100mm. The individual margin between them is 22mm wide.

 

General Characteristics:

To meet the application requirements, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 20mm. Moreover, the article with a width of 340mm is used in the shredding machine.
