Compatibility with machines:

This screen basket is primarily intended for the Lindner Polaris series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

Both the geometry and the material used have a significant impact on the insensitivity and lifetime of the screen basket.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this product perfect for areas of application with high demands on wear. This provides a longer tool life and therefore guarantees longevity.

This screen basket is provided with diamond-rhombic cutouts. In this case, this means that the cutout shapes are all rhombic and parallel to each other but the length of the sides varies. This means that the size of the perforations cannot be clearly defined. Between the perforations the margin width is 30mm.

 

General Characteristics:

To meet the application conditions, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 25mm. Additionally, the spare part with a width of 340mm is used in the shredder.
