The efficiency of the screen basket depends largely on both the variant and the geometry.
This insensitive steel of the A-variation provides a long tool life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the extra hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding application scenarios.
This screen basket screens the input with circular cutouts. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 50mm each. The spaces between the holes have a width of 12mm.
General Characteristics:
The article shown has a width of 340mm and can thus be suitably installed in the machine. A sheet thickness of 15mm provides, that the screen basket meets the application requirements.
