The screen basket is ideally suitable for the Lindner Polaris series from the company Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen basket can be individually adapted to the application area in terms of throughput and lifespan.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this product perfect for applications with high demands on wear. This provides a longer life span and therefore guarantees durability.

Furthermore, the input is processed with honeycombed holes. By that, the perforations of the screen basket have a width across flats of 100mm. Moreover, the space in between is 21mm.

 

General Characteristics:

To meet the application requirements, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 25mm. Additionally, the article with a width of 340mm is used in the shredder.
