The screen basket is suitable for the Vecoplan VAZ model from the machine manufacturer Vecoplan.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

In terms of throughput and tool life, the performance of the screen basket can be adjusted by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variant perfect for areas of application with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer lifetime and therefore secures durability.

To enable the screen basket to screen the input reliably, this screen basket has circular perforations. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 40mm and the spaces between the cutouts are 12.5mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

The article shown has a width of 2520mm and can therefore be perfectly installed in the machine. A sheet thickness of 12mm guarantees, that the screen basket meets the application requirements.
