The screen basket is applicable for the Lindner Micromat Plus and Lindner Micromat series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The performance of the screen basket depends largely on both the variant and the geometry.

The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this item exactly fitting for operational scenarios with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer life span and therefore secures longevity.

For proper processing of the input material, the cutouts of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 45mm each. The width of the margin between them is 14mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

While processing, the screen basket works with a sheet thickness of 15mm. In addition, the screen basket is installed with a width of 2004mm in the described recycling machine.
