The screen basket is perfectly fitting for the Wagner WS series from the manufacturer Wagner Umwelttechnik.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually configured to the application area in terms of throughput and service life.

The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this product exactly fitting for areas of application with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer tool life and thus secures durability.

To process the input reliably, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed cutouts. These have a width across flats of over 25mm. The margin width between the individual holes is 8mm.

 

General Characteristics:

In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 10mm and a width of exactly 1564mm.
