The performance of the screen basket depends predominantly on both the variant and the shape.
This insensitive steel of the A-variation guarantees a long tool life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the extra hardness, it is ideal for using it in demanding application scenarios.
This screen basket processes the input material with circular perforations. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 60mm each. The margins between the holes have a width of 11mm.
General Characteristics:
In order to withstand the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 8mm and a width of exactly 1300mm.
