By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually matched to the application in terms of throughput and durability.
The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this spare part perfect for application areas with high demands on wear. This provides a longer lifetime and thus guarantees longevity.
To enable the screen basket to process the input material reliably, this screen basket has round perforations. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 40mm and the margin widths between the holes are 8mm each.
General Characteristics:
To meet the application conditions, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 8mm. Moreover, the spare part with a width of 1300mm is used in the machine.
