This scraper is an ideal fit for the Lindner Saturn series from Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable impact on the insensitivity and longevity.
Comparatively, the W9-version is softer than the X-variant. Additionally, the W9-option wears also faster. On the other hand, it has the advantage of increased toughness and is also insensitive to impurities.
Components of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.
Hardfacing or welding on this variant should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The scraper is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.
The product is fitting for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 95mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration variations can be realised.
When installing the scraper, please ensure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
