The cutting tool can be matched to the break down application, depending on the different materials and the variance in shape.

This scraper is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard version in most areas of application.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the scraper wears steadily over its lifespan.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The scraper is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

The spare part fits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of recycling machines, further configuration variations may be available.

When installing the scraper, please ensure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
