The scraper has been designed for Vecoplan VAZ series by manufacturer Vecoplan.

This X-option scraper is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variation in most application areas. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

Items of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

We highlight that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the scraper, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This spare part fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of shredding models, other configuration variants may be available.

When fitting the scraper, please assure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
