Products of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

We underline that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the scraper, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The scraper is sold as a whole set, consisting of 7 parts.

This scraper can be used for knives and cutters with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of shredder models, other configuration options are possible.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the scrapers is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
