Compatibility with machines:
The scraper can be fitted to the Lindner Micromat MS machine sold by Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The performance of this cutting tool depends primarily on the variation of the material and shape.
By contrast, the W9-option wears more rapidly than the X-variant due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-version is a noteworthy feature compared to the X-variant.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the tool life of the scraper.
Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
This scraper can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 43mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, other configuration options are possible.
When installing, please also assure that the support of the scrapers is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
