The X-option of this component is made of tool steel. This version has a medium hardness and lays between the W- and Y-versions.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

Spare parts of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will significantly weaken the structure.

The scraper is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.

This scraper can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, further configuration options are possible.

When attaching the scraper, please assure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
