The scraper is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard variation in most operational scenarios.

Here you are offered a good compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.

Cutting tools of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The scraper will be sold as a set of 6 parts.

This scraper can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of shredder models, further configuration variants are possible.

When attaching the scraper, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
