This X-version scraper is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variant in most areas of application. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

In this option, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the scraper wears steadily over its lifespan.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

The scraper will be sold as a set of 6 parts.

This spare part fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of shredding models, other configuration variations may be available.

It is imperative that the scraper is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

General characteristics:

This component measures 2475mm in length, 107mm in width and 25mm in height.
