In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the scraper wears consistently over its lifetime.

We highlight that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the scraper, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

This item is sold as a whole set, consisting of 5 parts.

The scraper can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the broad range of models, other configuration variants are possible.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the scrapers is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
