This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the scraper wears consistently over its lifespan.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

This scraper is sold as a whole set, consisting of 5 parts.

The scraper can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of recycling machines, other configuration options are possible.

It is imperative that the scraper is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
