Comparatively, the W9-version is softer than the X-option. Additionally, the W9-variation wears also faster. On the other hand, it has the advantage of increased toughness and is also resistant to impurities.

We underline that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the scraper, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

When fitting the scraper, please assure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
