Scraper GMLN0345-900L3 from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Lindner Recyclingtech
Compatibility with machines:
This scraper can be used for the Lindner Micromat and Lindner Universo machine models from the producer Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the knife life can be impacted by the material and the shape. This means that the efficiency can be well configured to the input.
By contrast, the W9-version wears more rapidly than the X-variation due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variant is a notable feature compared to the X-option.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the service life of the scraper.
We emphasise that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the scraper, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The cutting tool is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 65mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration options can be realised.
When attaching the scraper, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

As this scraper belongs to the Premium Line, the components is exclusively made in German production.
