Compatibility with machines:
This scraper is to be used with shredding machines of the Lindner Jupiter model series from the producer Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable effect on the resistance and lifespan.
In comparison, the W9-option wears more rapidly than the X-version due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variation is a notable feature compared to the X-variant.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the service life of the scraper.
However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
Fastening in the machine:
The scraper can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 145mm. Due to the broad range of models, further configuration options are possible.
When installing, please also assure that the support of the scrapers is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The measurements of the scraper are 344.6mm long, 214.5mm wide and 47mm high.
