The scraper is to be fitted for the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 2500 models from Vecoplan.

The X-version of this item is made of tool steel. This variant has a medium hardness and lays between the W- and Y-variants.
This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the service life of the scraper.
It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.
Fastening in the machine:
This scraper is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.
The scraper can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, other configuration variations are possible.
It is imperative that the scraper is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
