In this option, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.
However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the items. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
Fastening in the machine:
The rotor knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.
When attaching the rotor knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
