This X-version rotor knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variant in most break down applications. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this option, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be acutely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

The dimensions of the rotor knife are 399mm long, 50mm wide and 25mm high.

Since the rotor knife is part of our Eco Line, the component offers a favourable alternative to the Premium Line.
