This rotor knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-option, which is the standard version in most operational scenarios.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of resistance to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears steadily over its lifespan.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of products of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The rotor knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

When fitting the rotor knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

The measurements of this product are 210mm in length, 90mm in width and 16mm in height.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 7°/50°.
