In this version, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears evenly over its lifetime.

We highlight that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The rotor knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

It is imperative that the rotor knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
