This X-option rotor knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variation in most break down applications. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.
Here we offer you a perfect combination of resistance to wear and toughness at the same time.
Cutting tools of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.
We emphasise that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

The cutting tool measures 773.5mm in length, 118mm in width and 25mm in height.
The inclination of the cutting edge is 45°.
