Here we offer you an ideal combination of resistance to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

We underline that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the rotor knife, please assure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
