The X-variant of this spare part is made of tool steel. The option has a medium hardness and lays between the W- and Y-versions.
Here we offer you a suitable combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the tool life of the rotor knife.
We emphasise that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

The cutting tool measures 568mm in length, 100mm in width and 22mm in height.
The inclination of the cutting edge is 50°.
