Compatibility with machines:

This cutting tool is excellently applicable for cutting millses and granulators from Eldan Recycling.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of different materials and varying the cutting geometry, the component can be configured to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and lifetime.

Knives in this W-variant are 5% softer in comparison to the X-option and have a lower susceptibility to impurities. This item is fabricated out of alloyed tool steel, which makes it perfect for demanding break down applications. However this variation has a shorter durability.

In this version, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears consistently over its lifespan.

We emphasise that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
