Compatibility with machines:
The rotor knife is applicable for cutting millses and granulators from Eldan Recycling.
Cutting performance and durability:
This component can be customised to the operational scenario, depending on the different materials and the variance in cutting shape.
In the X-option, the rotor knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard version in most break down applications. It is characterised by a medium hardness.
This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the lifetime of the rotor knife.
However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the components. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
General characteristics:
The spare part measures 400mm in length, 84mm in width and 48.5mm in height.
Since the rotor knife is part of our Eco Line, the cutting tool offers a favourable alternative to the Premium Line.
