Compatibility with machines:
This rotor knife can be used with the Eldan HPG 165 model range manufactured by Eldan Recycling.
Cutting performance and durability:
The performance of the component depends primarily on the version of the material and shape.
Knives made in this Y-variant will extend the durability of your item. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to break.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the tool life of the rotor knife.
We emphasise that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
When attaching the rotor knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

The cutting tool measures 399mm in length, 50mm in width and 35mm in height.
