Compatibility with machines:
This rotor knife can be fitted for the Eldan HG and Eldan HG 169 models from the producer Eldan Recycling.
Cutting performance and durability:
Through the use of different materials and the variance in the cutting shape, the spare part can be adjusted to the break down application in terms of throughput and lifetime.
By contrast, the W9-version wears faster than the X-variation due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-option is a notable feature compared to the X-variant.
In this version, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.
We emphasise that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
