Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Spare parts of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of cutting tools of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 50°.
