This spare part presented is made of tool steel in the X-variation, which is our standard variant for most application scenarios. The hardness of this rotor knife is in the medium range.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this version, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears consistently over its lifespan.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the items. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 50°.
