Detailed description

Rotor knife RMZM0350-XP0 by CUTMETALL for crushing machines by Zerma (Amis).

Compatibility with machines:

The rotor knife is applicable for cutting millses from Zerma (Amis).

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the longevity can be influenced by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the efficiency can be well configured to the application area.

In the X-variation, the rotor knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard option in most break down applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the lifetime of the rotor knife.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of components of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be severely impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

General characteristics:

This rotor knife is 350mm long, 100mm wide and 22mm high.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 52°.

The Primus Line rotor knife offers an optimum resistance to disruptive materials.
