For cutting millses by the manufacturer Zerma (Amis) the rotor knife is perfectly suitable.

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the service life can be influenced by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the performance can be well customised to the input material.

Knives made in this Y-option will increase the longevity of your component. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to fracture.

In this version, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

We emphasise that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
