Detailed description

Rotor knife RMER0129-X10 from CUTMETALL for crushing machines from Erema Recycling

Compatibility with machines:

For cutting millses by the company Erema Recycling the rotor knife is excellently applicable.

Cutting performance and durability:

The performance of this spare part depends predominantly on the variant of the material and cutting shape.

In the X-version, the rotor knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard option in most break down applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a good compromise between insensitivity to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the service life of the rotor knife.

We emphasise that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

General characteristics:

The subsequent measurements are available: 129mm length, 35mm width, 5mm height.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 35°/45°.

This rotor knife belongs to the Premium Line, which is produced exclusively in Germany.
